Educational programs by high-tech park «Zhiguli Valley»

From 14 to 16 July Training Center and personnel development of park Zhiguli Valley trained employees of small and medium-sized enterprises under the program Fundamentals of Project Management (extended program) on Project Management Company based on the standard PMI PMBOK 5th Edition. Basic Course.

During the training, students learned how to develop a unified approach to perform tasks within the project, which will further increase the transparency and efficiency of project management in the company and significantly improve communication links within the organization. Students studied in detail the main elements of the project activity, examined practices principles of project management fixed on the key aspects of practice management - content management, deadlines, risks, communications, quality and resources.

As part of the training course, students were able to organize their knowledge of management, get acquainted with the terminology of project activities and the basic principles when creating a corporate system of preparation, planning, execution, control and completion of project management.

After graduation the course each of the participants of the training program was issued an international certificate indicated the number of hours of professional development (Professional Development Units - PDUs).

Also in July 2014 the Center of training and development of personnel potential park "Zhiguli Valley" plans to organize training for residents of the company on the topics: Time Management and Working with other people, which will increase staff efficiency of the innovative companies.
