Another production facility will be built in the Togliatti SEZ

On Monday, August 21, a meeting of the expert council of the Togliatti Special Economic Zone was held under the chairmanship of Dmitry Bogdanov, Minister of Economic Development and Investments of the Samara Region.

The participants of the meeting approved the application of the company, which will become a resident of the flagship investment platform.

The new investor intends to build the production of reinforced concrete products (concrete products) in the SEZ. The total investment in the project will exceed 350 million rubles.

The investor plans to implement the project in two stages. Already this autumn, the new resident intends to start building and launching the enterprise. Initially, it will be located in a pneumoframe hangar, while a permanent production building will be built in parallel.

Creating the most comfortable conditions for investors is one of the key areas in the work of the regional Government and Governor Dmitry Azarov. The head of the region has repeatedly emphasized that the development of infrastructure, including ready-made sites, plays an important role in working with investors.

Now the territories of the first two phases of the special economic zone are almost occupied. We initiated the creation of infrastructure facilities of the third phase of the site, received the "go-ahead" from the federal ministry," Dmitry Azarov said in his Address.

Taking into account the approved application of a new investor, the number of residents of the special economic zone will be 34 Russian and foreign companies.
