Youth delegation from Serbia visited Togliatti

November 8, a youth delegation from the Republic of Serbia visited Togliatti. The visit took place within the framework of the New Generation program, implemented by the Federal Agency Rossotrudnichestvo.

The purpose of the visit of Serbian youth delegates was to establish contacts with youth organizations in the Russian Federation, including the Samara region. That is why the first item on the agenda was a visit to Togliatti State University. Serbian guests, most of whom have recently graduated from universities in Serbia, were interested in student's activities, which are carried out at TSU, and they met with representatives of the TSU Formula Student racing team.

In addition to meetings with students, the guests were also offered to get acquainted with the work of the There is a talk! University Media Center, the editorship of the university newspaper, radio station and television studio.

The next point on the program was a short acquaintance of foreigners with the sports club "Mega-Lada", and an unique stadium named after A. Stepanov and speedway-racers. Serbian delegates were invited to become spectators of the finals of the World Ice Speedway Championship, which will be held in Togliatti in 2019.

The cultural part of the program was continued by visiting the Museum of PJSC "AVTOVAZ", where the guests got acquainted with the exhibits from the very first samples of the products of the automotive enterprise to the newest models, as well as sports and concept cars.

The final point of the program was a trip to Europes largest open-air museum of technology - the Park Complex of Technical Exhibits named after Sakharov.
